Rommett Technique is more than a workout. It gives you a solid foundation in body awareness that you can take with you in all of your daily activities. It is also an excellent way to maintain strength for people recovering from injury and can aid in injury prevention.

Issara Yoga will help you re-energize and fill your spirit with calm self-awareness.

All classes are open level (beginner to advanced). Dress in comfortable activewear.
