invaluable strengthening, range of motion and massage exercises for your
neck, shoulders, arms and hands that will prevent injury, reduce pain and
improve your professional performance. These same self-care techniques
when shared with clients will enable them increase their proprioceptive
awareness and change postural habits that cause pain.
