In Traditional Thai Medicine, it is believed that there are invisible pathways within the being along which our potential can flow. Wherever this flow is impeded, we experience pain or restrictions.

The Thai system has ten names for the most important Sen (pathways). In getting to know these pathways, we cover some sen theory at the beginning of each class and then get right to our hands-on practice.

Our goal is to help restore balance to the person we touch. Sen Kalathari involves both yin and yang pathways on the feet, legs, hips, back, shoulders, arms and hands. Kalathari covers more territory than any other sen.
