Take an individual class to get your feet wet, or take all 3 to earn 6 CEs (NCBTMB/NY Certified).
Please bring a flat sheet and comfortable gym/yoga wear.
Master Class Pricing:
$30 Individual Class (Register online or pay with cash/check on the day of class)
$200 for 10 Classes ($20 each)
