In Traditional Thai Medicine, it is believed that there are pathways within the being along which our Life Force flows. We experience pain or restrictions whenever the flow is impeded.

The Thai system has presented ten names for the most important Sen (pathways). In getting to know these pathways better, we cover both basic and advanced Sen theory in each class and then get right to our hands-on practice. Our goal is to help restore balance to the person we touch in the most comfortable, efficient and ergonomic ways while still having a deep impact even though we don’t have to work very hard to cause this to happen.

Itta and Pingala are a mirror image of each other, yet rarely does one present balance along these lines. We study these trajectories across the hip, lumbar, thoracic and cervical systems. Sitting above the head, we have access to the lines on the face, side of head, neck and shoulders.
