Dojo (道場 dōjō) is a Japanese term that literally means “place of the way.”

This is a series of classes where we actually have the time to finish covering all of the moves that are introduced in Thai Massage 101.

Weekly classes also include theory lessons and topics for discussion, such as Lineage, Tradition, Anatomy Trains, Sen/Line Theory, Thai culture, and the rich history associated with the art of Thai massage. The demos include detailed explanations and time to practice each one fully, along with weekly opportunities to experience the work from a partner. Time is also set aside for feedback before moving on.

Each lesson is intended to be its own complete package, and participants are encouraged to attend one or two or any number for $50 each and expect to find themselves using something new for their ongoing practice regardless of their principal modality. Students must complete all of the lessons in order to earn the 20 CEs. Make-up classes are offered by arrangement.

Thai Massage Dojo Part II includes prone, supine, inverted and sitting positions.
