Thai 101
Thai Massage 101 is a comprehensive introduction to performing a traditional full-body Thai massage. It offers students a framework for stretching techniques, much like the array of yoga postures found in Ayurvedic practices, while employing a meditative approach that draws from Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese medicine. Sen theory provides a trajectory for the acupressure component of the work.
The course is constructed in five sessions.
