Before the Thai Clinic, practice Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan) with Thom Paul, LMT. Cultivate your Qi (vital energy), Jing (internal power), and Shen (spirit). Sharpen your reflexes. Refine your breathing and alignment. Develop whole body power. Increase self-confidence and inner calm.

This class is intended for participants registered in the day’s Thai Massage workshop or Thai Clinic.
