I highly recommend T’ai Chi lessons with Thom Paul for ANYONE who gets drained or fatigued from working. These lessons have also helped me more with ergonomics in my massage practice than anything else. In Aug. 2015, I was facing knee surgery when I really began to understand the scope of these lessons. Today, I still have the same knee, but I don’t have any pain or lack for stability. Thom Paul is also a strong example for Qi Gong breathing exercises; which have been smartly woven into every T’ai Chi lesson since early Sept.
