with Joseph Schmidlin and Katie Down
In this 3-hour introductory workshop to our full Fall Sound Therapy training program, Joseph Schmidlin (DO-MTP, LMT) and Katie Down (MT-BC, LCAT) will guide participants in an overview of CATA’s 3-weekend immersion training program in sound and its affect on the body-mind beginning September 7, 2018.
The evening introduction is designed to give potential students for the full immersion training program overall sense of what the training will entail as well as some basic tools, theories, and resources for those simply wanting to dip their toes in the journey of understanding sound in healing modalities.
All levels and backgrounds welcome.
I have completed a day long workshop with Katie Down in elements of sound theory…what resonates most with me is her ability to authentically create a space of profound presence.
Joseph presented a lecture packed with useful information, followed by with individual attention to each student. Student were left with a tool box of usable skills, informed by their own experiential learning and his expertise.
