Rommett Floor Barre is a complete mind-body experience that allows you to turn your focus
inward and work your muscles deeply and intelligently. With the use of
your own body it centers, elongates, and strengthens your body without
the pressure of GRAVITY.

This class guides you through a series of exercises that you execute on the
floor. This helps you achieve proper spine alignment, strengthen your core,
and elongates your muscles, which helps you find the placement of the
joints. While you strengthen the muscles to keep the joints in place, it
centers you, makes you feel taller.

You get a solid foundation in body awareness that you can take with you
in all of your daily activities. It is also an excellent way to maintain
strength for people recovering from injury and can aid in injury
prevention. All classes are open level.
