The Core in 3D: This series of three classes is designed to look at the form and function of the core in a fully integrated and functional way. Material will be applicable to both practitioner and client, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and contraindications. The three classes are BFF’s: Abdominals and Spinal Extensors; Looking at All Sides of the Core: The Obliques and Lateral Trunk Muscles; and Considering the Shoulder Girdle in Relation to the Core.
Looking at All Sides of the Core: The Obliques and Lateral Trunk Muscles: Comprehensive core training includes working with the rotators and lateral ﬂexors of the torso. Learn ways to work with and safely teach exercises that target these muscle groups.
