The Core in 3D: This series of three classes is designed to look at the form and function of the core in a fully integrated and functional way. Material will be applicable to both practitioner and client, emphasizing safety, effectiveness, and contraindications. The three classes are BFF’s: Abdominals and Spinal Extensors; Looking at All Sides of the Core: The Obliques and Lateral Trunk Muscles; and Considering the Shoulder Girdle in Relation to the Core.

Considering the Shoulder Girdle in Relation to the Core:  Especially for massage therapists, the stability of the shoulder girdle is critical. This approach looks at how an integrated core sets up the foundation for upper body strength and stability.
