This is a 60-minute Melt Method and Active Isolated Stretch Class open to everyone who wants to learn about self care. We use soft foam rollers and soft balls for hand and foot treatments, and straps, yoga blocks and several other props to ease into the stretches. The class is open to all and is gentle enough for all ages and those with chronic pain.

Lisa Lopez has been working in the fitness industry for over 26 years. She teaches Yoga, Pilates and Stretch classes at corporate centers around New York City and sees private clients daily in their homes or private studios. Lisa is trained in pre-post rehab work from the Swedish Institute College Of Health and Science. She is also a Melt Method Instructor trained by Sue Hitzmann. Lisa works with back care and scoliosis patients with Yoga, incorporating props. She continues to be passionate about working with her clients and students.
