An introduction to polarity therapy principles and theories, including a brief history of polarity and the wireless anatomy. We will discuss Dr. Randolph Stone’s principle of 5 chakra elements and how they relate to our mental, emotional, and physical states. This class also introduces chakra scanning and balance.
Rosanna Lee was trained as a Reiki master and a massage therapist. After she was introduced to polarity at the Swedish Institute, the practice resonated with her and she pursued it further at the Soma-Psychic Institute. She applies polarity into her massage practice and finds that the client experiences a sense of rejuvenation at the end of each session. This is the best form of validation that polarity is effective.
