Bring the Power of Essential Oils to your Practice
In this workshop we will take a comprehensive look at aromatherapy for massage. We will explore its history and progression as well as Essential Oil quality, actions, selection, blending and contraindications. Participants will learn and practice specific and efficacious aromatherapy massage techniques ending with practice of a complete Aromatherapy Massage. Upon completion you will have the ability to incorporate part or all you have learned into your own massage practice.
Natural Rest Aromatherapy Essential Oil Blends will be available for your use, or bring essential oils of your own choosing. Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring massage linens and be prepared to work with a partner.
